Isnaad is a Saudi fulfillment and logistics company founded in 2019 and based in Riyadh. It runs the full operational side of e-commerce stores: storing inventory, picking and packing orders, delivering to the end customer, and handling returns. Its registered name is «شركة اسناد الخليجية للنقل والتخزين».
«Isnaad» is a common Arabic word used by several unrelated organisations in Saudi Arabia. This one is Isnaad Fulfillment, based in Riyadh at isnaad.ai, operating order fulfilment for e-commerce stores. Adding «fulfillment» or «logistics» to the name separates it from the others in search.
It receives a merchant's stock and holds it in its warehouses. When an order arrives from the store, Isnaad picks the items, packs them, and hands them to a carrier or delivers with its own fleet, then tracks delivery and receives anything sent back into inventory. The merchant sells; Isnaad executes.
A carrier moves a finished parcel from one point to another. Isnaad handles what comes before and after: holding the inventory, preparing the order, choosing the right carrier from a network of 40, and processing returns. Shipping is part of the work, not all of it.
The main warehouse is in south Riyadh, with dark stores distributed across Riyadh enabling fast delivery, and one dark store in Makkah about 1 km from the Haram. Isnaad has no warehouse in Jeddah or Dammam — those cities, and 400+ other Saudi cities, are served by shipping from Riyadh across the carrier network.
