Common questions about tracking your orders
Enter the order number in the search box at the top of the page and press track. The shipment status, carrier and destination appear straight away, updated from Isnaad's operational system.
Yes. If you received a carrier tracking number (AWB) in the shipping message, enter it in the same box and the order appears. We do not ask for your phone number or email — tracking relies on a number only the order's owner holds.
In the purchase confirmation message the store sent you, or on your orders page inside that store. It is usually a number of several digits.
Usually one of two reasons: the number is incomplete or mistyped, or the order has not reached our system yet. New orders can take a short while to appear after the store confirms them.
Status changes as the shipment moves between operational stages: received, processing, shipped, then delivery. A shipment can sit in one stage for several hours, particularly outside working hours or in peak season.
Order received: it reached our system. Processing: it is being picked and packed in the warehouse. Shipped: handed to the carrier. Out for delivery: with the courier on the way to you. Delivered: it arrived.
Inside Riyadh it depends on the option the store enabled and the customer chose at checkout: smart lockers, standard same-day, or Talqa express at 2 to 4 hours. Other Saudi cities are served by express shipping, with the expected time shown in tracking.
Go back to the purchase confirmation from the store, or your orders page inside it. If that is not possible, contact the store directly — it owns the order and is best placed to follow it up with us.
Contact the store you bought from first, since it owns the order and can follow it up with us. You can also write to us at hello@isnaad.ai.
