Payment Model

Isnaad uses a flexible "pay-as-you-go" pricing model. This means you only pay for what you use, with no hidden fees or mandatory subscription plans.

How Pay-as-You-Go Works

Instead of paying upfront or a fixed monthly fee, you only pay for each delivery:

  • Cost per order: A fixed fee for each shipping order Isnaad processes
  • Additional fees: Optional services like customs clearance or special services
  • Volume discounts: Automatic discounts based on monthly order volume

Billing Cycle

Invoices are issued regularly based on a specific cycle. Here's how it works:

Invoice Date

Payment Due

Invoice Example

If you start using Isnaad on October 5th:

  • First period: October 5-31
  • First invoice: Issued on November 15
  • Payment due: November 30

Viewing Invoices and Usage
